Stages

Our specialists carefully analyze each application. If the first stage is successful, we will meet at the recruitment interview.
Recruitment methods at TT are: telephone conversations, meetings or tests conducted on site. Usually our recruitments do not include more than two meetings.

to prepare?
Browse through our website and think about what qualities and experience you want us to be interested in; you can make a list of your successes. It won't hurt to refresh your knowledge, especially in the areas that are given in the requirements. Also, consider what your expectations are for us.

If we don't currently have an advertisement that would be of interest to you, write to us - praca@ttst.pl. In the e-mail, provide information about the position you are looking for, and describe your previous experience. We will contact you as soon as we start recruiting for the selected position.

recruitment meetings look like?
Thanks to the meetings, we can get to know you better and verify your competences. In turn, for you, it will be a great opportunity to present yourself and learn something about us and the position you are applying for. So don't be afraid to ask questions!

we pay attention to?
We consider creativity and commitment. We appreciate people who are open to new experience and with a constant desire for self-development. We prefer specific skills and knowledge, confirmed, for example, by studies or experience. Any foreign language is an advantage.
